1) Processing Time

  • Order handling: 1–3 business days.

  • Tracking: As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the carrier to activate scans.

2) Transit Times (Guidance)

  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days, depending on destination and carrier.

  • During peak periods, weather events, or customs clearance, deliveries may take longer. Timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

3) Shipping Method & Origin

  • To provide our customers with the best value and efficiency, all orders are shipped directly from our trusted supplier’s warehouse in China. This allows us to offer competitive pricing and global availability.

  • Final-mile delivery is handled by the local carrier in your country/region.

  • Please be aware that customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

4) Shipping Costs

  • Calculated at checkout based on destination, weight/volume, and service level (standard/expedited where available).

  • Any carrier surcharges or customs handling fees (if applicable) are not included unless shown at checkout.

5) Address Accuracy & Delivery Responsibility

  • Check your address carefully. Corrections must be reported within 24 hours of ordering to info@avamilavancouver.com.

  • If tracking shows Delivered to the address you provided, responsibility for loss/theft passes to the customer.

  • Undeliverable/returned parcels due to an incorrect or incomplete address may incur re-shipping fees or deductions from refunds.

6) Parcels in Transit

  • If your tracking hasn’t updated for several days, contact us and your local carrier. We’re happy to assist with inquiries and provide guidance on next steps.

  • For international shipments, allow additional time for customs processing.

7) Pre-Order & Split Shipments (if applicable)

  • Items may ship separately to speed up delivery at no extra cost to you.

  • Pre-order items display an estimated dispatch window on the product page; your tracking follows once shipped.
